Easy Run with Three Striders. Not real sure how well recovery was going when I went to bed last night. Woke up feeling just fine. Nothing to do today except go out, relax, move my feet, and enjoy some great running weather. Dark and not sure what I had until I got home...dime and five pennies. Three striders in the neighborhood before hitting the front door.
