60:00 - 70:00 Minutes Easy Effort with Short Hill Repeats. Woke up and checked the Weather Channel. Says I have until 6:15 a.m. before it rains. Got around and got out the door. They were wrong. Sprinkles by 30:00 minutes, steady for the most part by 40:00, and peppering as I was heading in. Glad its 67° and not 47°. First signs of lightning as turning back into neighborhood.

Start with 6.81 miles at 8:21 average pace. Stop in City Park at Russell Street for 6 x 13-14 second hill repeats with 1:5X walk intervals. Back home with 1.37 soggy miles at 8:33 average pace. Three pennies.

Left forefoot swollen from working on ladder this weekend. Been here and done this several times. Sucks sweaty balls for a few days, but doesn't impact workouts (except for plyo) and cured by ice. Will make sure to run hilly routes this week to off-set missing plyo.
