Notes

Too much yesterday. Stiff with some inflammation and muscles in lower left leg sore. Suspect the soreness is from "running scared" and contracting my leg to brace for impacts. So, today will go with (1) no impact, and (2) less intensity.

Start with regular pre-run dynamic stretching and balance exercises. One hour (22.72 miles) on the bike. Take a break and go mow the yard...and I don't ride to do that. Took about 50:00 minutes. Back inside for another 20:00 minutes (7.41 miles) on the bike. Finished with static stretch out. Ankle started to feel spunky about mid-way through the mow. Wanted to go for a run at that point. Didn't.
