Long Run Workout. (1) About 14:00 Minutes Jogging, (2) 6 x Hill Sprints, (3) 18+ Minute Mixed Terrain AT Tempo - 25% Flat / 50% Hills / 25% Track - Average Pace = 7:46, (4) Track Intervals - 1 x 200 at 6:47 Pace, 1 x 400 at 6:54 Pace, 2 x 600 at 6:58 & 6:46 Pace - 200 Jog Intervals Between Each, (5) Another 45:00 Minutes Jogging.

"The 2000+ Streak" lives another year...eleven now. New Rally's drive-thru opened yesterday. On my route 2-3 times each week. Only three pennies there today, but expect it to be a big cash-cow in 2020. Total haul today = one quarter, three dimes and nine pennies. Can't wait for final count next week. Thinking I'm north of $130-$140 for the year.

Big morning ahead up north. Will one or both of my state records fall? Should know by lunch.
