Old Fashion 2-Hour Long Run. Solo today as 2013 CRR GP Points Leader takes a well-earned off day. Conditions about as crappy as they can be. Rain-soaked, wind-whipped, hill-pounded, and cold from the first few strides. Little long due to a couple of false starts to get the gear right. Air temp near 40, but wind-chill below freezing.
Out East Main and under the Interstate. Right on new Veteran's Pkwy Extension, back over to Orchard Drive and south to Jax Blvd. Head on home. No mercy on this route. Pounded with headwind and peppered with harder rain for the last 15:00. Pissing rain outside now as I type. Dime near Benning Motors and a quarter at Kidds.
