12:00 Flat / Rolling at 7:18 average pace.
12:00 Hilly at 7:24 average pace. Elevation profile +75 feet.
12:00 Track at 7:00 flat average pace.
Overall including jogging = 7:22 average pace.
Another 30:00ish jogging to cool down. Average pace = 8:50. Not much this morning. Dime and a penny.
