Track Intervals. A two mile an hour wind never felt so good. Warm-Up: 4 x 100 Strides. Workout: 1 x 400 (7:10) / 1 x 600 (7:09) / 3 x 800 (7:10, 7:06, & 7:13). 200 jog intervals and flipped after every 800. Got the pacing evened out this week, will see where it goes from here.
