CBEGM Holiday Weekend Reunion Run. Arena Park meet up. Quick 5:00 minute drill / strider set to prime. Over to Independence, then east. Detour for loop around St. Vincent de Paul and Capaha Park to hit some hills. Pick up Broadway, head downtown, and out to the Casino. 8:15ish to 8:10ish average pace. Back to Broadway and back to Arena Park. 7:50ish to 7:40ish average pace. Just like old times. Great morning. Good workout...right on pace...thanks for the push...and other badass comments so everyone will know we ran, etc. Dime, nickel, and a penny.
