Sharping Day. Jog for about 15:00 minutes at 8:37 average pace to shake out and get to where I need to be. Workout is 4 x 0:30 second hill repeats ran in a hill circuit format. Dominated the uphill...not so much the downhill or the stride. Another 10:00ish back to the house at 9:05 average pace.

By no means, Fat Elvis...how could pissing away $150 to cover up a problem, rather than properly correcting the cause, ever be a "bad" thing??
