Warm up. Out and back on last mile of the course with Hammer. Feel real good today. Some stretching and a couple of striders. First one topping at 4:35. Second 5:28 while dodging old man in SUV trying not to run over young couple walking in middle of the road.
A-Wad is here. 1st race of season for him. Bruce N. is here, but out with a bad calf. K-Wheel a no-show. Finally see Steve L. about 10 minutes before the race. Don't look like the rest of his Arkansas crew is with him.
