Temp 38 (WC 32) Wind 8 mph.

Plan is 1 x 800 and 2 x 400 @ no slower than 5K pace (3:00 & 1:30) with 400 jog intervals.

Then 6 x 200 @ whatever I can turn the legs over at pace with 200 jog intervals.

800 - 2:54. That was pretty quick.

400 - 1:25. Still moving.

400 - 1:27. Slower but still sub-6. 400 intervals 2:10ish.

200 - 0:36. Wow.

200 - 0:39. Back to reality.

200 - 0:38. Finding the middle.

200 - 0:37. Better again. 200 intervals 1:05ish.

Don't feel I'm recovering enough to maintain good form. This is a Speed Workout, so adjust intervals to 400.

200 - 0:37. Very poor execution.

200 - 0:38. Gassed, but solid finish. All 200s in 5:05 m/m to 5:25 m/m pace range.
