We ran the Dogwood-Azalea course, just started and finished at a different point. Well over 100+ runners. Lots of HS CC kids...Norte Dame, Cape Central.
Off and on training due to shin splints. Paced The Professor until about 2.5 miles in. He finished strong, and I'm not in good enough shape to race a full 5K. Still finish with a 0:14 second PR.
