Temp 55 Wind 12 mph.

Plan is 40-45 minute Recovery Run. Jumped in between the storms and showers. Had some soreness start to creep in yesterday afternoon, but was able to stretch it out and stay active enough last night to ward it off. Wasn't sure I'd need a Recovery Run today, but when feet started to hit the pavement, could tell the legs had been jarred. Focus on short soft strides. Expected pace to be at least 0:30-0:45 seconds slower today, but leg turnover felt easy and natural. Garmin alert @ 40 minutes, was feeling real good and didn't want to go in, but know its best.

Next up...downstairs for a shoulders and core workout.
