Workout is 12 x 12-14 Second Hill Repeats w/ 2:0X Walk Intervals. All 14s until I somehow hit a 13 on the last one? Actually felt like a quality workout.
Down = 1.65 miles in 14:32. Two dimes and two pennies in the parking lot at the base of my hill. Cardiologist and radiologist yesterday. Surgeon today. Back to oncologist in a couple of weeks, then will probably have to deal with another surgeon. Ironic that as much as I have been bitching about being beaten up, am probably the healthest one in immediate family?
