Temp 49 (47) Wind 7 mph.
Easy Run on Hilly Route. Woke up achy; age related, nothing to do with training. Headed out East Main to Ridge Rd then looped back on Lacey at the new elementary school. Off and on showers. Gear set just right when raining and causing overheating when not. Nothing could have been done about that except to have TMed it. Pathways working true and natural this morning. First two averaged 8:44, next three averaged 8:32, and last two point nine averaged 8:24. One nickel. Enjoyed every bit of it.
