Warm-Up in the cold rain. Head out from SFMC across Mt. Auburn to Farrar road and out past Hammer Medical Center. Did some fast striders on the declines to reactivate coordination. Drills and striders in the Drury HQ parking lot. Not real sharp this morning and not getting loose. Total Up = 2.72 (23:20).
Cool-down #1 -- Immediately post-race with AJ and JW. 1.49 miles in 12:12.
Cool-down #2 -- Shoe and gear change, then back out with AJ. 1.68 miles in 14:21.
