Temp 17 (7) Wind 8 mph.
Drills / Strides / Hill Sprints. Warm up jog over to the track and take a lap to surge the straights and jog the turns. Full drill set with six strides mixed in to re-hardwire. Out the gate and over to the park. 8 x hill sprints. Jog it back to the house for a cool down.
