Temp 65 Wind 3 mph.

Track Run / Walk Intervals. Dynamic stretch-out with focus on sciatic PTs and hip mobility. Felt first twitch of the day during warm-up.

1) Warm-Up: 1.64 mile walk to the track in 24:49.

2) Run / Walk Intervals: 3.24 miles in 33:47.

3) Cool-Down: 1.66 mile walk back to the house.

Wrestled all morning with lower back. Felt it give several times while walking. Started with four laps of running straights and walking turns. Transitioned into 3:1. All issues (hip, HS, and calf) directly related to back. Would feel tightness or numbness at times. Almost always when taking short, choppy strides while running defensively. Always able to correct within the current interval by reminding myself that nothing was going to snap, break, or fall off...relax and just freaking run. Stronger in turns today. Dime at middle school.
