Notes

Rain and ice outside. Saved by The Beast again. Waiting for all the other snow bunnies to rustle, was able to get in some good dynamic stretches and two full circuits of core exercises.

Warm-Up: 4.0 miles in 32:00 minutes.

Tune-Up Mile: 7:17.

Drop the deck from 1.5% to 0.5%:

1.25 miles @ 7:00.

0.25 miles @ 7:40.

1.25 miles @ 6:50.

0.25 miles @ 7:35.

1.25 miles @ 6:40.

0.25 miles @ 7:30.

1.25 miles @ 6:30.

0.25 miles @ 7:40.

Total workout = 6.0 miles in 41:18.

Cool-Down = 2.52 miles in 20:00 minutes. Deck back to 1.5%.

Left foot angry the entire run. Less so once I got rolling. Felt best in the Hattori LCs. Have done this two or three times now. Hurts for a few days, responds to ice, and does not warrant missing any running workouts.
