TM Tempo. Take 22:00 minutes to shake out and get a feel for the belt. Speeding up every few minutes. 3 x 13:00 minutes of tempo running with belt at 1.5%. Speeds 7.8 mph / 8.0 mph / 8.2 mph. Took 2:00 minute jog intervals in between wanting a mental break more than needing a physical one. Another 20:00 minutes as cool down / rest intervals in between upper body strength sets.
