Temp 59 Wind 2 mph.

Active Recovery Day. Have done several things over the past few days that I've not done for a while. Feeling a bit like a couch potato on January 3rd. Start with a dynamic stretch out and balance exercises. Head outside and walk about ten minutes. Take a couple of flat loops with walk intervals to lock in stride, then finish the last 20ish minutes running the hilly loop. Finish by walking another five minutes before heading in for static stretching and rolling. Another penny.
