Notes

This cadence thing isn’t easy. Got the cadence up to 171 with a max of 182. Took awhile to get going again, I should consider a warmup at times to help with that.

Did the loop today. Time was pretty great after that first mile loosening up.

Will be interesting to see how these translate to longer runs and I still can’t imagine avg 180
