Cadence day 4 - and day 6 in a row. Legs feel pretty good, you can tell this does something to cardio though and tbsts only increasing to 170. I can’t even fathom 180.
A long run will be interesting this weekend
I still feel like I’m not going very fast so that’s the most fascinating thing about this experiment. I’ll really have to pull back for a longer one.
