Day 2 of the cadence experiment and whoa, the end results are undeniable. I feel like I’m moving slower but I’m clearly not. This could have been a PR I’ll have to check
Avg cadence was 170 so an improvement from yesterday. And the graph showed it got better throughout starting in the 160s for the first 5 minutes and peaked in the 175s at the end
Maybe will need a day off tomorrow, despite it feeling okay the knee is achy and these times are nuts, not sure if I can maintain it at least for now.
