Notes

First long cadence run and was satisfied. Avg was 172 with a max of 179. Good pace too, pulled out a 53:44 10k out of it, strava gave me a bronze and it was less than 10 seconds off of last weeks run with the same Bernet route. Going up King hill was definitely the toughest part

Nice temp and of course insane wind but mostly just crossing except for due south running which is minimal
