Wooot! Best long run in a long time for speed
Had a best 10K on Strava which is awesome and unexpected. Felt strong throughout and got a nice cadence going early.
Avg was 174 with a max of 186
HR decent too when obviously pushing it. Avg 165.
Great conditions and I’ll be feeling this one later haha
