Mandatory rest day, was a little bit of a tough pill to swallow since I haven't incorporated off-days into my cycle since High School. But, I'm changing a lot about how I used to do things this cycle and I said I would be all-in, so I am doing my best to follow the plan! I might benefit from the occasional rest-day, so looks like we'll see!
