Afternoon run on the Golf Course. Wanted to map this one with my GPS just to see but I somehow forgot to start my watch so I relied on Christians watch. Been awhile since I did the Golf Course so it was fun getting some small rollers and being on the grass. Since it was a recovery day everyone kinda split up but the small group I was with ended up running around 6:30-6:40 pace so for the golf course that's pretty solid. Did 2 loops forwards and then 2 loops backwards before heading back to campus. Ended up being just a bit shy of 8 but overall a solid mileage day! Actually felt pretty good too!
Went to bed though and felt sore as fuck from the Big Dog haha tomorrow shall be a good time, I haven't ran up Blackwell in awhile
