Notes

Did 3 x(20 crunch, 20 side crunch, 20 crunch, 20 side crunch, 20 crunch, 20 left arm to right knee crunch, 20 crunch, 20 right arm to left knee crunch, 20 crunch, 1 minute plank) when I got back from AU after not being able to workout. Got in a good session there and then lifted and worked on biceps, triceps, and shoulders after the bike tonight.
