Notes

Moved my workout to tonight because the both gyms at AU were closed this Saturday which was stupid and the trainers closed it down so they could do their own individual workouts. Pulling the Coach card next time and telling them tough shit, kinda selfish on their part. Anyway, biked after dinner at my parents house tonight instead and it ended up going well. Had high resistance for the first 10 minutes but then backed it off and just rode. My hamstrings and legs were shot from all the biking I've done recently and cross training but again aerobically I couldn't get my heart rate up very high. Gonna have to rely on the stair master and elliptical for that I guess! Still glad to get a quality 60 minutes in today!
