HUGE step in the right direction today! Bummed I couldn't race with Kaytlin or my Dad today in Tinley but I woke up and felt a big difference in my foot. It is still present but this gave me a lot of hope in being able to run again next week! Everyday is different though, so hoping this progression is a norm. Still, happy with today's progress!
