race in ST Louis, Mo, Charity race for childhood depression research
rainy and somewhat cold however very flat course,
started in 4th place and was able to catch up one by one takying over lead apx mile 4.5
ate bagel with peanut butter apx 1 hour 45 minutres before race
ate pasta night before,
started out a little too fast however maintained decent pace last half, very exciting race and have never won a race before
