roughly a half hour of stuff,

started with 50 pushups straight, set of 20, then 15 off set each way,

did 10 then 8 chin ups

did some tricep dips, finished up with various curls,

I think a really good workout would be 5 minute push ups, in addition to 5 minute abs:

30 seconds standard, 30 seconds rest,

30 seconds narrow, 30 seconds rest,

30 seconds wide, 30 seconds rest,

30 seconds off-set, 30 seconds rest

30 seconds off-set the other way, 30 seconds rest

I'll try this tomorrow or Friday depending on how sore I am tomorrow
