cold and windy, but it's really nice that I can take 2 hours and get a run in during the day. It kind of sucked staying at work till 7:30 though, but it really would have been the same thing if I ran after work, that would have taken me till 8 to finish. My legs are still feeling sore from Sunday, I'll probably stick with the Friday workout plan, even though weather says it'll probably be colder then, I just won't be ready tomorrow, and Thursdays suck if I want to get a quality run in..
