Ran with Greg at lunch, Plan was to do 5, and this was a little far. I was just about to say my leg was maintaining when it started feeling more inflamed. This may have been .5-.75 miles too far.

I think I'm going to revise my plan this week, and do 10-15 miles, give my leg a chance to recover.
