I was on the fence about running this, I planned that if I ran 23:00 for the tempo, I'd run a mile all out. But I wasn't feeling so great, but I felt like I should go for it. It also helped that there was a girls soccer practice starting up while I was jogging my recovery lap. So I decided I'd run at least an 800 and try to go decently quick, but it really wasn't that fast, I'm not surprised given the conditions.
