Notes

Good workout, assignment was 3-5 sets of 8,8,4, at 10k,10k,5k pace with 400 jog recovery. On the warmup I was feeling Sister Hill and the 5k Sunday, and my upper body was sore from lifting, but the weather was decent, and I eased into the workout well.

I'm fit, and it's a real good feeling.
