Notes

Did my normal stretching routine after the run before I started, then got some lifting in. I kind of figured picking things up and putting them down again for the first time in a while would suck. Didn't think it'd suck this much, but it was good that I intentionally kept it easy and short. If I can get work like this in 1-2x a week with Volleyball on another day, that would give me good balance.
