Ran with Hunter for an extended premeet, was thinking 8, he was thinking 5, we met in the middle, and I didn't really feel like 8 once we got going. Lots of drills, lifting, extra work etc the past 3 days.
got two 200m strides in at the pace we want to start at tomorrow, then a 3rd cruising, and 4th kicking the last 150 hard. Tomorrow's going to be fun.
