Notes
Nice 80 minute long run to close out the week. Got over 50 miles for the week for the first time since Valentine last year.
Hamstring was a little sore once I warmed up to Morse St, but by the time I got through that section, i stopped feeling it. I just assume it's soreness from yesterday. The outside of my left knee (didn't feel like muscle/tendon) was bothering me just sitting around yesterday and this morning, but running didn't bother it, and it actually feels fine right now.
Just need this to keep coming together.
