Good workout, the 4th repeat was obviously tough, but I focused well through it, which was the important part. I know the hardest part of this workout were the Wednesday hills and a pretty hard run on Thursday, time to rest up Saturday and let it rip Sunday.
I also cut the cooldown short because I was getting really cold (and the workout was getting really long anyways) I may need to start paying better attention to the weather if I'm running late after work.
