Notes

Springfield College 5k, got out towards the front of the slow heat, was working with Hunter, but just couldn't maintain pace... One problem was we didn't settle down well the first mile with a lot of surging and positioning, but the major issue is right now, I'm not racing with confidence.

3 good things:

-Warmup was timed well, I felt ready to go at the line, and we weren't standing around waiting too much

-Only one 42... I think I held on a lot better than I did at Bowdoin

-Solid kick at the end

1 bad thing:

-Too much surging early on, I should have relaxed and settled early, let other people lead, cycle every half mile or more, not every 400.
