Awesome workout, felt strong and was really consistent. Weather was perfect, cooled down nicely after it was humid while I was driving back from work. The football team also helped me out a bunch paying attention and staying out of lane 1 when I was coming through. I could have run 7 or 8, but I hit the workout just like I wanted to.
