First non-Wednesday A-term XC workout at 4:00 since Freshman year!
Didn't feel the greatest. It was hot, I tried to focus on hydrating during the day. Glad I could get this in, even with not feeling 100% on the warmup. Writing this a day later, and my legs feel fine, which is a good sign, I'm just aerobically out of shape, and I knew that this workout is supposed to be a pure aerobic stimulus.
