DAMN SLOW, well I was feeling beat up from the workout, pushed long run, workout, so I needed a breather, I'll just barely miss 50 miles this week, but with Wednesday's day off, that translates to about a 55-57 mile week, so I'm right where I want to be mileage wise, next week I want to go 60, which'll be rough with final projects, but manageable, then I get into the swing of training over break.
