Got 7x1000, I think the 3:35 was perfectly predicted for this workout. The first part was a little quick because I was passing people, and dodging soccer balls and I just haven't worked out in a while (or done this style of workout in particular) but once I was tired, and just going through the workout relaxed, I hit pace the last 2 repeats. Legs are a bit more tired now than they usually are after a threshold workout, but I think the hills will help my legs catch up in strength.
