Legs felt pretty ok after the workout, of course, thresholds aren't supposed to be a leg buster anyways. I feel like, the toe/heel walks don't do nearly as much as the calf raises and toe flexes, I think I'll start to add in some of the drills that Ben does... see how those affect me, and I think I need to make sure at least one, preferably two days are on uneven terrain.
