Felt much cooler than 77, beautiful day out. I guess hill repeats in trails are one of those dubious workouts where the warmup and cooldown can be faster than the workout. I also wasn't feeling, the intensity on the repeats today, so I shortened the 2x4 hills, and just fartleked my way out... did feel like a Savvy workout though...I'm not to bothered since the hills aren't that hugely important for me, I could run paumonak repeats all day and not get anything out of them, so I feel like my hill strength is good, maybe I'll find a road hill so I can get a better strength benchmark, and also not worry about the sand disrupting my form,
