Notes

Nice run out in Rutland. Greg, Lucas, Sean, Tom, Zayac, Andraka, Hunter, and Dragon Slayer came along, I was running mostly with Hunter and Andraka. We took the muddy way up to the prison through the cable cut (no one had a dry shoe), then flew down the dry path (we were going 6:45 pace at one point, then we slowed down). Then I added on a lap around the lake and a little extra to get it up by 13 miles for the day.

Week in Review:

First the numbers: 7 days, 64.5 miles, 3 workouts.

I'm happy with this week of training, I had workouts Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday. Tuesday's was rough due to dehydration, but Wednesday and Saturday felt great and I think I got a lot out of them. I was consistent compared to last week building from 62. My long run this weekend was a little shorter, but Saturday was a long workout, and we were cooking today during the long run.

For next week I'm planning 6 days of running, whether I take off Monday or Thursday depends on Coach's workout schedule for me, if I run workouts Tuesday, Wednesday I'd take Thursday off.
