Nice interval workout. Ran with Shane the whole way. It was a 10 minute tempo at ~5:45 pace (I think we were slow [~5:55?]) then 3x(3 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off. 1 on, 3 off) Distance is a rough guess, but we probably ran 2.25 for a wu, 28 minutes of intervals is around 5, probably more, and recovery was 29 minutes, so another 3.5 there, and a 1.5 cd. Next week's Engineers Cup should be interesting. Like Coach said, we could all run really well and finish 3rd. 27:42 last year, I'm thinking I should be able to run 27:low, maybe break 27 depending on how the pack runs.
